Cancel Subscription

The subscription management and payment is solely handled by Apple. As a user you can view and manage your subscriptions directly on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.  Please find the necessary steps below to manage and cancel your subscription.

To manage your subscription, please:

(1) Open our app.

(2) Open the info dialog (tap the gear or (i)-icon in the top left corner in the Library screen).

(3) Tap "Manage Subscriptions". This will bring you to Apple's subscription dialog, where you can cancel the subscription.

Alternatively, you can follow this link on an Apple device where you are signed-in with your AppleID. Both open the system dialog where you can manage and cancel all your subscriptions.

In that dialog you will see all your active and inactive subscriptions. You can manage subscriptions, for example:
(1) Turn off auto renewal.

(2) Switch from a monthly to an annual subscription

(3) Cancel a subscription.
