The short answer is yes and no, so let's directly move on to the longer and more precise answer:
Unfortunately, we don't have dedicated versions for macOS yet. However, if you own a Mac with an M1 or M2 chip (or newer), you can install and run the iPad version of our apps on it by searching it on the App Store and selecting the "iPhone & iPad Apps" tab in the search results.
We are working on proper versions of our apps for macOS and will hopefully be able to release them soon. In the meanwhile we hope that the iPad version will work for you.
